This statement endorses the use of the 2013 Capital development guidelines – series 7 for use by:

  • Departmental officers
  • Consultants
  • Registered building practitioners
  • Contractors
  • Agencies for buildings or facilities which are either owned, operated or funded by the department or Director of Housing.
