Activity descriptions contain detailed information for each activity funded through a service agreement with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing or Department of Health, including:
- Service objective
 - Description of the service
 - Client group
 - Obligations (Registration and Accreditation, and Program Requirements and other policy guidelines)
 - Performance measures and reporting requirements
 - Data collection.

Tips on searching
To find the number and name of activities, refer to Schedule 2 of the Service Agreement or access My Agency.
Updates
The department may amend or replace standards, policies or activity descriptions as needed.
Funded organisations are informed of any changes via a 40 Business Days’ written notice. New and updated activity descriptions are published on the Providers website.
How to search
The online search displays activities for a specific output group or individual activity by name or number.
You can:
- search for an activity by its name or number by typing into the search field
 - display all activities for an output group by selecting from the list
 - use the search button without entering any selections to see a list of all activities.
