The Child Safe Standards require organisations that provide services or facilities for children to have strategies to promote the participation and empowerment of children. The children’s poster has been designed to engage directly with young children and is to be used by organisations to encourage children to speak up if they feel unsafe. The poster advises them, 'Are you feeling scared? Yucky? Worried? Sad? Tell grown-ups'.
